Stop enquiries going cold while you're on the tools.

Help for trades, construction and service-contracting businesses across New Zealand. Through our Optimised Operations Framework (OOF), we look at how enquiries, quotes, bookings, handovers and servicing reminders flow, fix the process first, then build around the job software you already have.

    Where do jobs slip?

Where do jobs slip in your business?

It's common for busy trade businesses to lose work in the gaps between steps. Ask yourself:

    • Callbacks: when an enquiry comes in while everyone's on the tools, how long until someone gets back to them?
    • After hours: what happens to calls and web enquiries that arrive in the evening or at the weekend?
    • Quotes: after a quote goes out and the customer goes quiet, does anyone follow up, and when?
    • Bookings: does everything run through one office person, and what happens when they're away?
    • Handovers: does the next person on the job get the information they need, or are you chasing details on site?
    • Servicing: do reminders for annual services and checks go out on time, or when someone remembers?

If two or more of these ring true, a 20-minute call is worth it.

    Examples

Examples of what we can work on

These are examples of the kind of work we do, not results from a client.

    1

    Enquiry capture and callbacks.

Phone, web and email enquiries land in one place, with an automatic acknowledgement and a clear callback list for the office, so nothing sits in an inbox.

    2

    Quote preparation and follow-up.

A set follow-up after each quote, with the office or owner deciding when to call, rather than quotes going out and waiting.

    3

    Job scheduling and confirmations.

Fewer back-and-forth calls to lock in a time, with confirmations and reminders sent automatically.

    4

    Staff and subcontractor coordination.

Job information and handovers in one place, so the next person on the job has what they need without a phone call.

    5

    Recurring servicing reminders.

Due dates tracked and reminders sent at the right time, so they don't depend on someone remembering.

    6

    Customer database reactivation.

Re-engaging past customers who agreed to hear from you, where the right consent is in place.

Built around the job software you already use. We start with your current setup and design around it, not replace it, and we don't push new subscriptions. If a direct connection isn't possible, the Blueprint says so and shows the alternative.

    The flow, at a glance

We start with a free 20-minute call, then a paid OOF engagement that maps how the work flows and gives you a practical Solution Blueprint. If you choose us to build it, that's quoted separately in writing. See the full process on our Our Process page.

    Privacy and data handling

No customer data needed for the call

The call is about how your work flows, not about your customers. You don't need to share customer lists, job records or log-ins. If you go ahead with an OOF engagement, we agree in writing what we'll look at. Where we need access, we use named logins with multi-factor authentication and only the access we need, and it's removed when the engagement ends. We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 2020. See our Privacy Policy.
