    Our Approach

Understand the problem before investing in the solution.

Every business operates differently. Before recommending new systems or automation, we take the time to understand how work is currently completed, where inefficiencies exist and which improvements could deliver the greatest commercial value. Our Optimised Operations Framework (OOF) provides a structured way to assess these opportunities, and the outcome is your Solution Blueprint: a practical plan for improving your business.

    What OOF is

A paid review of how your business runs, scoped to what you need.

The Optimised Operations Framework (OOF) is a paid review of how your business runs, scoped to what you need. We look at how the work actually flows today, find where time and money leak out, review the systems you already use, and work out the most sensible fixes. We fix the process before we automate it, and we aren't tied to any software. We don't automatically recommend new tools, AI or extra subscriptions.

Our Optimised Operations Framework assessments start from $395 for a focused review of one clearly defined business process or operational problem, including a concise Solution Blueprint. Larger or more complex assessments are quoted separately. We'll confirm the scope and price in writing before any work begins.

    Who it helps

Owner-led businesses where admin takes more time than it should.

Our first focus is professional services firms, trades and services businesses, and mortgage advisers, however, an OOF can be applied across most industries and other businesses are welcome.

    What happens in an engagement

From a free call to your Blueprint.

We start with a free 20-minute discovery call to work out whether we can help and how deep the engagement needs to go. The scope and fee for your OOF are then agreed in writing before any paid work begins. Through working sessions on Microsoft Teams or Zoom we review your systems, map your customer journey & how work flows, compare the realistic options, and present your Solution Blueprint. Then it's your call: implement with us, take it elsewhere, or park it.

    See the full process
Every option is on the table

We compare the realistic options for each problem.

    Improve existing systems

Use the systems you already have more effectively.

    Change or simplify the process

Remove, simplify or standardise steps that add no value.

    Connect existing systems

Integrations so information moves where it's needed.

    Automate repetitive work

Automate a step where it clearly earns its place.

    Consider alternative software

Switch only where the commercial case is clear.

    Keep things as they are

Where the cost of change outweighs the likely benefit.

For each option we set out the subscription costs, the expected benefit and how complex it is to implement, so you can compare like with like. We don't recommend change for its own sake: where the cost of change outweighs the likely benefit, we say so.

What you receive: your Solution Blueprint

A practical improvement roadmap you own.

    Current-State Assessment

How the relevant work happens today, the systems involved and the inefficiencies we've identified.

    Options and Commercial Assessment

Realistic solutions compared by cost, effort, likely benefit and risk, so you can weigh them up like for like.

    Recommended Solution

The preferred approach, including relevant process, technology, integration and privacy considerations.

    Implementation Roadmap

Priorities, practical next steps and implementation considerations, in a sensible order.

    It's yours. No obligation.

You own your Blueprint, subject to the relevant licensing and IP terms; any third-party software stays licensed from its vendor. Implement it with us, with another provider or in-house, or park it. There's no obligation to use TimeWise for implementation.

    How improvements can be implemented

If you'd like us to do the work, we quote it separately.

Once you've received your Blueprint, you can implement the recommendations yourself, work with another provider or engage TimeWise to help. Any implementation work is separately scoped and quoted in writing before it begins. We test against agreed acceptance criteria, train your team and support the go-live, and an optional ongoing partnership keeps things running and improving afterwards.

    Our commitments

    • Your data stays yours, handled under the Privacy Act 2020.
    • If it isn't worth doing, we'll tell you.
